You have a choice; you can continue to manage multiple vendors yourself or you can align with City Wide. With City Wide you'll receive a manager who represents YOU instead of the crew! City Wide acts as an extension of your management team, helping you (not replacing you) with those vendors who are causing you the most challenges.

FSM We assign you a Facility Services Manager (FSM), aided by a Night Manager, to ensure that each building is getting proper attention to detail it deserves 24 hours a day. Your FSM meets with you during the day to help increase the quality while reducing cost. City Wide will be there to assist you every step of the way.
City Wide works with the most experienced and skilled independent service providers to bring you expertly executed services. City Wide has located and screened the best independent maintenance providers in your area. Your FSM will schedule, monitor and approve the services performed at your building, freeing you to attend to the operating needs of your building and tenants.
