City Wide Maintenance made the San Diego Business Journal's List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the San Diego area. City Wide was named one of the region's top emerging growth companies due to increased sales and expanding accounts with record retention. Winners were invited to an exclusive reception Thursday, September 29, 2011, where Lisa Fortman (left) and Linda Kafka received the award. 

Last night's dinner service at the Ronald McDonald House® was a welcoming treat for families whose children are patients across the street at Rady's Children's Hospital. City Wide Maintenance employees supplied, prepared, and served a home-style dinner, as well as provided classical piano music and plenty of warm smiles for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.

City Wide of San Diego celebrated their first annual company picnic on October 3, 2010. The employee appreciation event was attended by all employees, service providers and their immediate family members. Drinks and food were supplied by City Wide of San Diego and games, piñatas and a giant jumper for the children made up the entertainment for the day. A raffle with an array of prized including tickets to a San Diego Chargers game closed the day on a high note.

 In an effort to create more awareness of LEED certification and green processes, Grace Santua, office manager at City Wide Maintenance of San Diego, recently joined as an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
