In 2002, Jim Clayton returned to his hometown of Houston, Tex. Having spent the previous 14 years in the janitorial and building maintenance industries, he opened his own management company for the building maintenance industry. City Wide has continued to experience steady growth because of the reputation the company has developed for “following through on every promise.”
We sit on the same side of the table with our clients, manage the entire process and reduce the time and stress of dealing with multiple vendors and handling cleaning and maintenance issues. Our clients are able to spend more of their limited time on the most important aspects of their business – their customers.

We provide building maintenance services to more than a hundred buildings in the greater Houston area.
