In 2008, father and son entrepreneurs, Kenneth and Sam Ayers, in seeking a good janitorial and building maintenance company for their building, found that there were no suitable companies to provide the quality service they were seeking. As a result, they decided to open their own janitorial company. Since then, they have grown City Wide from the ground up to become one of the most sought after, providers of quality service in the Charlotte building maintenance industry. In order to meet the market demand for a holistic approach, City Wide has evolved into a full service building management company.
To facilitate this change, we transitioned from a traditionally staffed organization to a management company. In addition we;

An FSM, assisted by a Night Manager, was assigned to every account, dramatically reducing the amount of stress and time associated with managing vendors. In a short four years, City Wide has become one of the area’s superior service management companies. We provide building maintenance in more than one hundred buildings throughout the state every night.
