Scott Brown, Co-Owner
Scott spent 22 years in the telecommunications industry and worked in a variety of senior management positions. He honed his skills in customer service and was responsible for multiple JD Power awards for providing the best customer service in his field. Taking that knowledge and desire to create a company for himself and his family, he began discussions with City Wide. Scott began operations in Colorado and was one of the first City Wide franchisees. After building the Colorado location into a successful and prosperous operation, he expanded into several additional markets including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Seattle. Today, Scott focuses on providing his employees with the tools they need to succeed and deliver the most outstanding client experience possible.
John Suranyi, Co-Owner
Over a 25-year career in the telecommunications industry, John has primarily worked in senior management roles for cable and satellite companies. In 2008, John joined forces with Scott Brown to open City Wide of San Antonio. Since then they have expanded to several other markets including Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Seattle. President and chief executive officer of SENCORE since 2009, John came to the company from DIRECTV, Inc., where he served as president of sales and service. Previously, John was CEO of Cheetah Advanced Technologies, Inc., a Colorado ERP software developer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Wyoming.
Dennis Beaulieu, Co-Owner & General Manager
Dennis’ experience at City Wide of Washington has been from the ground up. As one of the co-founders and the current General Manager, Dennis is ingrained in all aspects of the company. With a background of impressive sales and management experience working with commercial businesses, Dennis has led City Wide of Washington since its inception in late 2008. Dennis strives to deliver an unchallenged level of service and support to every client. He does this by personally leading his team to ensure consistent communication, follow-through and follow-up. Dennis has an incredible attention to detail and a passion for creating lifelong relationships.
Jasen Lawrence, Sales Executive
Jasen joined City Wide of Washington as a Senior Sales Executive and quickly earned his stripes as an excellent asset to the City Wide team. With a strong history in the facility service industry due to his previous 5 years with Cintas, Jasen has a keen ability to find the most advantageous building maintenance solutions for every new client. He believes a successful relationship is derived from creating the most detailed description of service possible and understanding what pain the client is truly experiencing, both of which Jasen prides himself in doing for every client.
Dave Chamberlain, Facility Services Manager
Dave joined City Wide of Washington as a Facility Services Manager. A Washington local, Dave brings more than 25 years of experience in facilities management and client satisfaction. His knowledge of the building maintenance industry allows him the ability to proactively manage vendors on behalf of his clients. He is also highly skilled in helping clients maximize their budgets by helping to recommend which services are most crucial for each facility.
