Tom Clark, Director of Sales
Tom, co-founder of City Wide of Southern Arizona, knows what it takes to run a successful organization. He’s been doing it since 1995. Since opening the doors to City Wide in 2008, Tom has played an active role in growing the company. As Director of Sales, Tom works with new commercial facilities to produce the most comprehensive plans for their maintenance needs while always being mindful of budget. A natural people person, Tom enjoys working with new companies and building lifelong relationships with every client.
Tom Partridge, Director of Operations
Tom, co-founder of City Wide of Southern Arizona, has heard the whisper of entrepreneurism since he can remember. Having started and managed multiple businesses for nearly 15 years before opening City Wide, Tom has become an expert in client satisfaction. The company’s more than 95% retention rate is a testament to his success. Today, Tom oversees all company operations and works to ensure clients are receiving proactive solutions for their facility needs. He prides himself on the company’s ability to save every client time to spend on more important projects.
Mike McFate, Facility Services Manager
Mike joined City Wide in 2009 as a Sales Executive. After one year with the company, he decided his passions truly lie in helping current clients manage their maintenance vendors and brainstorm cost effective, proactive solutions for their facilities and so moved into the role of Facility Services Manager. Since then, Mike has established a more than 95% client retention rate for City Wide and continues to build stronger relationships with his contacts every day.
