David Otis, Co-Owner
David and his partners opened the doors to City Wide of Tampa Bay in 2010. After 15 years of sales and sales management experience and achieving 15 President’s club at the Cintas Corporation, David was looking for new challenges. His time at Cintas gave him amazing insight into the facilities industry and now, David is helping clients remedy their janitorial problems. His passion for people and problem solving are a huge part of his success with City Wide. David lives in Lutz Florida with his wife Laura and their two children Billy and Jamie.
Steve Howerton, Co-Owner
As co-owner of City Wide of Tampa Bay, Steve Howerton is on a mission to end the pains of managing janitorial companies in the greater Tampa metro. After retiring from a career with the U.S. Army in 2001, he joined the Cintas Corporation where he served in various sales and sales management positions earning 7 consecutive Presidents Clubs. Today, Steve is passionate about helping commercial facilities put together the most effective cleaning plan and managing the details for them. He lives in Tampa with his wife Cindy. Steve has 4 children, Nico, Katherina, Denise and Daniela.
John Duffy, Co-Owner
John Duffy is from Bowling Green Kentucky. After a short career in coaching, John joined the Cintas Corporation as a management trainee. John spent more than 20 years with Cintas starting up the Jacksonville Florida location from scratch. After 15 years in Jacksonville it became one of the largest processing facilities in the United States servicing more than 5000 customers. Today, John works with clients to ensure quality and proactively manage maintenance vendors and services. John lives in St Petersburg with his wife Kim and three children, Jonathan, Cameron and Ashley.
