Don Durham, President
In 2001, Don joined City Wide as owner of the first office outside the Kansas City area. Don and his highly qualified team have grown City Wide of St. Louis to be one of the area’s premier building maintenance providers. Don’s 30 years of prior experience successfully providing services to the commercial market in the greater St. Louis metro provided a huge advantage to his ability to offer a premier service that was lacking in the market. In addition to running City Wide, Don serves as a board member for the Father’s Support Center of St. Louis and the Violence Prevention Center of Southern Illinois.

Chip Miller, Sales Executive
After beginning his career in education, Chip has enjoyed success in sales and sales management with several Fortune 500 companies for the past 30 years. Chip joined City Wide of St. Louis in 2003 as Vice President of Sales and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. In addition to his sales duties, Chip is also actively involved in various community activities, namely serving as a member of the board of directors for NCADA (National Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse) and as a long-time, active member of The Rotary Club of St. Louis.
Mike Townsend, Director of Operations
Mike joined City Wide of St. Louis in 2002 as a service provider. As the company grew, Mike was asked to officially join the company as a part-time Facility Service Manager in 2004. In 2005 Mike was brought on full time and was immediately asked to assume full responsibility for the operations department of the company. In 2006 he was promoted to Director of Operations. Mike brings more than 35 years of experience in the commercial cleaning and building maintenance industry to City Wide and has been a strong force in the company’s success.
