City Wide of St. Louis
In 2001, an established, local entrepreneur named Don Durham opened the first City Wide Maintenance location outside of Kansas City. With a strong history of providing quality services to the commercial market for more than thirty five years, Don realized that a professional option for building maintenance and commercial cleaning was missing in the St. Louis metro.
City Wide of St. Louis’ approach to building maintenance provided a change from the turmoil of unprofessional maintenance vendors that had flooded the city. By assigning two managers to every account, City Wide was able to take over the hassle and headache that many people feel are associated with the management of maintenance vendors.
There were 4 key areas where City Wide of St. Louis focused their efforts:

- “Sat on the same side of the table” by representing the client’s needs

Don then went about assembling a team of professionals in marketing, quality control and customer service and a group of service providers second to none in the Metro market.
Ten years later, City Wide has become one of St. Louis’ superior service management companies. We provide building maintenance in hundreds of buildings throughout the metro and clean more than two million square feet of commercial space every night.
