Rick Cobden, President
Rick Cobden opened the doors to City Wide of South Carolina in 2009. For nearly 15 years, Rick worked in commercial sales while quietly developing a passion for the commercial real estate and development industry. In 1999 he decided to follow his heart and started his own property management firm. Nearly 10 years later he closed the door on his first venture and opened a window to the second by joining the City Wide family. Today, Rick is excited about all of the challenges his clients throw his way and providing quality service with outstanding accountability to follow through on every promise.
Richie Cobden, Sales Executive
Richie joined the family business in early 2010 as a Sales Executive. His previous experience in the real estate business had shown Richie what it took to keep a building in good condition. With this knowledge, Richie is able to help his clients address their pains and concerns much more effectively. Richie strongly believes that exceptional client service is essential to the growth of his family’s company. He strives to set every future client up for success by truly understanding their current strains and creating a plan that takes every detail into account.
Tom Frawley, Night Manager
Tom joined City Wide of South Carolina in early 2011 as a Night Manager. With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, Tom has done everything from cleaning bathrooms to managing crews across multiple buildings. He enjoys the challenge of starting a new relationship and making sure the client receives a smooth transition. He understands the pain of switching companies and strives to ensure the move affects the client as little as possible by attending to every detail.
