With more than 25 years of experience in sales, operations, and sales management, Chris Sweeney decided to reinvest in his community by opening City Wide of Richmond. He saw the opportunity to provide multiple services to building owners and property managers in the area and quickly discovered that managing the service providers dramatically increased the quality of work provided to his clients. By working directly with owners and managers, Chris found he could customize solutions to suit each customer. As a result of Chris’ passion and forethought, City Wide of Richmond is revolutionizing the building services industry.
With his experience managing a wide variety of service providers, Chris’ son Ryland joined City Wide as Director of Operations. Together they began to offer more than 20 different services to new and existing clients. Ryland’s focus on vendor selection, compliance & overall client satisfaction has resulted in a retention rate of over 90%.
