Hub Spooner, Director of Sales
Hub established City Wide of South Florida in 2008 after he became frustrated with his limited ability to affect change in the corporate world. Knowing there had to be an alternative to sitting by and watching corporations make decisions that were not in the best interest of the client, Hub is now able to positively impact the lives of his clients. Hub is still passionate about working together with clients to create effective solutions to help them succeed and strongly believes City Wide’s difference is established is his ability to do this on a daily basis.
Bob Rotenberger, Director of Operations
Bob opened the doors to City Wide of South Florida in 2008 with his long time teammate Hub. Having held a variety of roles in the financial industry over the past 30 years, Bob’s experience successfully running an operation is an incredible asset at City Wide. Bob oversees all of the clients working with City Wide on a daily basis. A West Pam Beach native, Bob is dedicated to helping commercial properties implement the most effective maintenance plans for their budgets. His goal: take over the dirty work so his clients can focus on their other responsibilities.
