Dick Mansfield, Owner & CFO
Dick is managing partner and CFO for City Wide of Minnesota. His decades of experience in the financial world at companies such as Duckwall-Alco, Country General and Discovery Zone bring a level of professionalism and experience to the 6 year old company. Dick and Greg strongly believed they could save people time and money by offering a more professional commercial building maintenance service that was lacking in Minnesota.
Greg Mansfield, President
Greg graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration before moving back to the Twin Cities in 2005. In 2006 Greg and his father, Dick Mansfield, opened the doors of City Wide of Minnesota. As President of City Wide, Greg has led the growth of the company and is responsible for bringing new clients to join the family. Today City Wide is one of the most successful businesses in the Twin Cities, winning the “Best of Business” award from the Minneapolis Regional Chamber in 2011.
Tyler DuBord, Facility Services Manager
Tyler DuBord is the Facility Services Manager for the North Metro area of the Twin Cities. He started City Wide in 2007 after graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato, He is proud to be the first FSM at City Wide of Minnesota. As the FSM Tyler works directly with every client in his territory on a regular basis. He is responsible for taking over the burden of managing the book of vendors he has been entrusted with by his clients. His passion for finding new ways to serve his clients led to a 100% retention rate in his first 2 years with City Wide.
Mitch Brunette, Facility Services Manager
Mitch joined the City Wide of Minnesota team in 2008 as a Facility Services Manager and serves the Metro South territory of the Twin Cities. With a strong background in sales and customer services, Mitch came to City Wide to pursue more long-term customer relations, sales and management. He develops personal relationships with his clients every day and becomes an integral part of their management process. His favorite part about his role at City Wide is hearing how is clients have started using the extra time they have thanks to Mitch’s abilities to take on their on-site facility service needs.
Jarrad Nickolite, Facility Services Manager
Jarrad is the newest Facility Services Manager servicing the West Metro for City Wide of Minnesota. With a background of customer relations and account management, Jarrad joined the team with a wealth of knowledge in customer satisfaction and delivering on deadlines. Happy clients are good, but Jarrad’s goal is to become an asset for his clients, not just another vendor.
