City Wide Named for 5th Year to Annual Corporate Report 100

The rankings are determined by the growth of a company’s gross revenue over a four-year period. Ingram’s compares 2008 gross revenue to 2005 gross revenue to determine the Top 100 rankings based on percentage growth during that span.
