City Wide of Kansas City

Frank Oddo, Founder
In 1961 Frank Oddo decided to join the world of entrepreneurism and begin his own janitorial company. Frank worked 6 days a week for more than 20 years to create one of the most professional janitorial companies in the greater Kansas City area. He also built a family business and in 1996, his son, Jeff, took over as the active president. Frank is still an integral part of the City Wide culture and continues to inspire and push his employees to be innovative and proactive thinkers and doers.

Jeff Oddo, President
Receiving the ominous task of filling his father’s impressive footsteps, Jeff was not one to shy away from a challenge and in 1996 took over as the President of City Wide Maintenance. Jeff saw a space in the maintenance world where City Wide could add an extra element of significance in the life of every client. Jeff made the ambitious move to modernize the business model and alter our focus towards vendor selection, quality assurance and overall satisfaction. Since 1996, City Wide has more than doubled our client base and retention. Jeff still leads the company with vision and innovation for improving the lives of every client.
