Jeff Smith, President

A born and bred Indiana native, Jeff’s passion for exploring the uncharted led him to begin his own story and open City Wide of Indianapolis in 2005. Jeff spent the first 10 years of his professional career in the telecommunications industry where he gained vital experience managing teams and the skills necessary to grow a thriving service organization.  With a passion for leadership, Jeff brings the same team approach to his office as he does to his clients. Under Jeff’s successful guidance, City Wide of Indianapolis is a 2 time Franchise of the Year winner. 

 

Michelle Hemmerling, Sales Executive

Michelle joined City Wide of Indianapolis as a Sales Executive in 2008. In 2009 Michelle hit her stride and was the sales person of the year and also received the Barbara Mcglinchy Mental Attitude award, given to an individual who demonstrates a positive attitude in the face of adversity. Michelle brings her passion for problem solving to every client and loves to hear new clients tell her how amazed they are by the City Wide difference.

 

Greg Rogers, Sales Executive

Greg’s positive attitude is what makes him a wonderful member of the City Wide team.  Greg joined City Wide in July 2010 as our Special Services Sales Executive and now focuses primarily on janitorial sales.  Finding businesses that need a better Building Maintenance Solution and bringing a solution together that wins for everyone involved is his favorite part of the job. With over 20 years of sales experience, Greg is a leader in the success of City Wide of Indianapolis. 

 

Stephen Turchyn, Facility Services Manager

Stephen joined City Wide of Indianapolis as a Facility Services Manager for the South Indianapolis Metro territory. Stephen possesses a strong history in customer relations and has heavily relied upon his keen ability to keep open communication with clients to easily transition into his role at City Wide. Building successful relationships with his clients has been Stephen’s favorite part about his job and he has focused mainly on taking a proactive approach in his management of the services he offers clients.

 

Elizabeth Chappell, Facility Services Manager

Elizabeth is a Facility Services Manager at City Wide handling our Indianapolis North Side customers.    Her magnetic personality and outstanding work ethic made her an excellent choice to round out our management team. She enjoys helping her clients solve the headaches of managing maintenance vendors and proactively addressing the needs of each unique facility.

 

 

Steve Carroll, Facility Services Manager

Steve joined the City Wide team in September 2011 and loves working his customers to make their lives easier with their day-to-day building maintenance and quality control.  His strong history in sales and marketing in the medical and capital equipment industry, gives him plenty of experience in customer care.  Steve’s positive spirit and great sense of humor makes him a great addition to the City Wide Indy team. 

 

 

Jinnie Pekarski, A/R Manager

Jinnie joined City Wide of Indianapolis in 2009 as the Office Manager. She is passionate about her team and believes the camaraderie in the office directly affects her team’s ability to provide comprehensive solutions for every client. As the Office Manager, Jinnie is a cornerstone of the City Wide operation and supports all aspects of the company and the team. Her passion for the company and what it embodies positively affects her entire team.

 

 

Chelsie Barton, Administrative Support

Chelsie started at City Wide in 2012 as Administrative Support. She works closely with both Sales and Operations to provide great customer service as well as company organization.  She is also responsible for the social media at City Wide Indy and loves that she gets to work with a great team every day! 

 

 

 

Greg Taylor, Night Manager

Greg is one of the night managers here at City Wide. He started in October 2011 and has been a huge asset to the company.  Working closely with our FSM’s, Greg makes sure our clients remain happy with our services. As former Lt. Command of Correctional Operations, he is great at handling any situation to make a great working environment.  Meeting new people and helping the company grow is Greg’s favorite part of the job and he has been a great addition to the team!
