Jim has more than 30 years of experience in customer service and in 1989 found his niche in the commercial cleaning and building maintenance industry. He has grown City Wide of Houston from the ground up to become one of the area’s premier providers and has successfully provided building maintenance services to companies spanning a wide range of industries. Jim takes a client centric approach to his business and believes that “honesty and integrity” are not just words – they are the way he lives his life.
Mike Escobedo, Facility Services Manager
Mike joined the City Wide family in 2010 as Facility Services Manager. For nearly 15 years Mike has built his career on building exceptional client relationships. Prior to City Wide, Mike held a variety of account management positions and brings an incredible amount of passion to the table for surpassing the expectations of every client. Mike is also an active member of his community and has spent the last four years volunteering as a coach for little league sports.
