Doug Brown, President
Doug opened the doors to City Wide of Colorado in 2001 and became the second City Wide location outside of the Kansas City area. Since then, Doug has grown City Wide of Colorado to become one of the area’s premier building maintenance providers and the largest City Wide location outside of Kansas City. As managing partner and president, he balances his time between working with future clients to provide competitive solutions and working to provide his operations team with the tools they need to succeed. Doug’s personal focus on building long term relationships and going beyond the expected has become the standard in everything he and his team do.

Scott Brown, Co-Owner
Scott spent 22 years in the telecommunications industry and worked in a variety of senior management positions. He honed his skills in customer service and was responsible for multiple JD Power awards for providing the best customer service in his field. Taking that knowledge and desire to create a company for himself and his family, he began discussions with City Wide. Scott began operations in Colorado and was one of the first City Wide franchisees. After building the Colorado location into a successful and prosperous operation, he expanded into several additional markets including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Seattle. Today, Scott focuses on providing his employees with the tools they need to succeed and deliver the most outstanding client experience possible.
Jill Sheppard, Director of Operations
Jill joined City Wide of Colorado in 2006 as the Director of Operations. With 25 years of prior experience in the facilities management industry, Jill is able to offer her operations team a wealth of knowledge and leadership. She focuses on helping to coach the 8 individuals who report to her on the best ways to provide outstanding service for every client. Jill believes that open communication and diligent follow up are crucial to her success and pushes her team to deliver both to every City Wide client.
Marc MacLauchlan, Facility Services Manager
Marc joined City Wide of Colorado in 2007 as a Facility Services Manager for the South Denver and Colorado Springs territory. Over the years, Marc has become one of the top FSMs across the country, winning the FSM award twice consecutively in the past 12 months. The award is based on how many accounts an FSM oversees and retains every quarter. Marc’s focus on finding the best solutions for every client and ensuring every detail is accounted for are just two reasons for his success at City Wide.
Patricia Martinez, Facility Services Manager
Patricia joined City Wide of Colorado in 2006 as a Facility Services Manager for the North West territory surrounding Evergreen. With a strong history in client service and management, Patricia understands how important it is to exceed expectations every day. She prides herself in making the lives of her clients easier by managing the maintenance needs of their facilities. Patricia’s tenure at City Wide has helped her to create powerful relationships with her clients; they rely on her expertise in all aspects of their facility.
Craig Dimond, Facility Services Manager
Craig joined City Wide of Colorado as a Facility Services Manager to cover the Colorado Front Range. As a Boulder native, Craig prides himself on helping his clients set their facilities up for success, no matter what the Colorado weather tries to throw their way. With a focus on managing many of the banks in the Front Range territory, Craig’s ability to follow up quickly and concisely communicate is vital to helping every client succeed.
Kelly Hewins, Facility Services Manager
Kelly is the newest Facility Services Manager to join City Wide of Colorado. With strong experience in client service and the service industry Kelly has already proven to be a successful asset to the City Wide team. She understands how important effective communication is to her position and is excited about building strong relationships with her clients. Kelly is passionate about providing outstanding service to every client and looks forward to solving all of the hard questions that will come her way.
