As President and co-owner of City Wide of Cleveland, Mark brings more than 40 years of service industry experience in the Cleveland metro area. His belief in a company founded in service and integrity has been a common thread throughout his professional history. Today, Mark overseas the daily operations for City Wide equally splits his time between helping new clients find the right solutions for their needs and ensuring that current clients continue to receive the best service possible.
Sam Kovachy, Sales Executive
As co-owner, Sam is involved in all aspects of City Wide of Cleveland. His main focus is providing professional, cost effective solutions for every client’s facility, something rarely seen in the building maintenance industry. By taking a hands on approach to every service City Wide provides, Sam’s goal is to take the stress of managing maintenance vendors off the shoulders of his clients so they can focus on their more productive responsibilities.
Hannah McClain, Facility Services Manager
Hannah joined City Wide of Cleveland in a sales capacity but quickly realized her expertise more adequately aligned with operations. Today, Hannah is Cleveland’s Facility Service Manager and spends her time doing everything in her power to help her clients succeed. Hannah is passionate about developing strong relationships with every client and helping her Service Providers grow their business. She takes great pride in City Wide’s ability to provide an avenue for small to medium maintenance vendors in the Cleveland area to reach professional goals they never thought possible.
Shelly Ipavec, Sales Executive
Shelly joined City Wide of Cleveland as a Sales Executive quickly proved she knew what it took to deliver amazing solutions to any facility. Shelly’s experience working in the airline and real estate industries has equipped her to work with any type of person and situation. She excels in collaborating with clients to develop the most comprehensive maintenance plans for their needs while keeping budget in line. Shelly is proud to follow through on every promise she makes about the service City Wide will provide.
