Kenneth opened the doors to City Wide of Charlotte in 2008. Nearly 20 years of experience as a project manager in the world of construction has laid the groundwork for Kenneth’s success in building City Wide of Charlotte. Kenneth works with clients drowning in their unwanted janitorial and maintenance responsibilities. The visionary of the company, he is passionate about helping clients understand the relief City Wide can provide and building the most comprehensive plan for their needs.
Sam Ayers, Vice President
Sam opened City Wide of Charlotte in 2008 with his son, Kenneth. Sam works with City Wide’s clients to ensure quality execution of services and to help proactively manage the maintenance needs of the facility. Sam is enthusiastic about providing the most reliable maintenance service and highly values consistent and effective communication with every client. Prior to City Wide Sam worked with such companies as Western Electric, General Electric and Phillips Components as a project manager.
